Course description |
In Special Seminar on Ecoregion Science, students are divided into small-sized team and learn basic method of research, how to make presentation and productive discussion. Special Seminar I, II, III is allocated winter semester of 3rd year, summer semester of 4th year and winter semester of 4th year respectively. At the end of 4th year, each student is expected to show his or her own achievement as the conclusion of 4 years in university. |
Expected Learning |
(1) To be able to complete tasks directed by supervisor and announce the results. (2) To be able to search appropriate literature related to research subject. (3) Proactive attitude to tackle with the mission. |
Course schedule |
Students are divided into small groups. At least one supervisor is assigned to each student group. The supervisor provides full consultation with his/her students and leads to let student achieve the goals of Special Seminar. |
Prerequisites |
To attend "Special Seminar II", students had to complete "Special Seminar I". Students are recommended to prepare for and review the lectures, spending the standard amount of time as specified by the University and using the lecture handouts as well as the references specified below. |
