Course description
This course provides current situation of energy supply-demand and related policies in Japan. It also discusses fundamental energy technologies such as steam turbines, heat pumps, refrigeration cycles, which is combined with learning calculation methods to estimate the performance of the cycles.
Expected Learning
It is expected to understand energy related issues of Japan as well as the mechanism of various energy transformation technologies. Practical techniques to calculate steam states are also attained in this course.
