Course description |
Understand the basic knowledge of intellectual property required by engineers and researchers in agriculture and related fields, learn about the importance of intellectual property in agricultural field development and innovation, and what is protection. We look over the process of acquiring patents, study the protection of technical creation such as patents and utility models, learn the procedure of patent application, handling, risk management such as patent infringement. |

学習内容は本学の標準時間数に準ずる Time of study required for completing this course applies to the standard time of study in TUAT. 予習・復習を参考資料や配布資料で実施すること。 Practice and review should be conducted with reference materials and handouts. 授業時間30時間に加え、配布した講義資料や参考書を参照し、本学の標準時間数に準ずる事前事後学習を行うこと。 Students need to preview and review for an amount of time as indicated in the student guidelines of TUAT, in addition to the attendance of lecture (30 hours). |
