Course description |
As competition intensifies on a global scale, to produce products and services, it is necessary to comprehensively consider and manage the individual operations, activities, and series of processes related to them. In this lecture, learn the theory and practice for problem-solving in various situations of production control. Regarding production management, a historical transition of management technology, production planning, and management methodology, inventory theory and management method, various scheduling theories and methods (production scheduling, delivery scheduling, project scheduling), constraint theory (TOC), and supply chain management (TOC) SCM), customer value, etc. |
