Course description |
In an era of diversity and change, we are looking for an organization that can formulate strategies and executes them. This class will understand leadership as an organizational phenomenon and (1) strategic management leaders and change leaders regarding leaders and leadership to permeate strategies throughout the organization and put them into practice. (2) Deepen understanding of oneself / human/group/organization/society (3) After cultivating leadership and followership, draw an image for each individual to think and put into practice and take concrete actions. Create a plan. |
