Course description |
We will focus on organizational development, an essential element for organizational development. Organizational development refers to changing an organization through changes in "relationships" and "interactions" between people. Organizational development aims to address themes such as vision, mission value, personal motivation and career, leadership, organizational culture, and organizational change by allowing the organization to change while adapting to the environment and function soundly and effectively.
