Course description |
This lecture is an easy-to-understand explanation of intellectual property strategies that entrepreneurs can not avoid. After taking classes, I focus on developing the ability to utilize intellectual property for business. |
Expected Learning |
(1) To be able to understand how intellectual property including patent, design, trademark, copyright etc. are utilized in life. (2) To be able to understand the importance of intellectual property strategy in business. (3) To be able to understand how to utilize intellectual property. Prerequisites |
I will explain intellectual property in general including patent, design, trademark, copyright and so on, along with interesting cases and judicial precedents, so that even beginners can understand easily. Students need take at least two of the lectures from Venture Business I, II and III. In addition to 15 hours that students spend in the class, students are recommended to prepare for and revise the lectures, spending the standard amount of time as specified by the University. |

You often hear patent and trademark battles in news. But in many cases it is not fully understood what is actually a problem. In this lecture, I will explain intellectual property quoting interesting judicial precedents, so that you can fully understand intellectual property. |
