Tsukuba Research Departments (Tsukuba Botanical Garden), National Museum of Nature and Science.
This lecture will introduce you the various morphologies and their functions in land plants that grow in a wide variety of environments. Practical observation of the living plant collections in the Tsukuba Botanical Garden is included.
Expected Learning
Understanding the diversity of plant morphology and their functions. Students are expected to improve their ability to explain the diversity of plant organs and their morphological and ecological significance.
