・Dec 2, 2022 (Fri) 10:00 - ・Seminar room B, 2F Kobushi building, College of Agriculture, Ibaraki University ・This lecture is designed to acquire advanced expertise in the field of biological production science by learning the latest knowledge and technology in Food Safety and Hygiene. ・The concept of food safety, the definition and classification of food poisoning, the statistics of food poisoning, and the food poisoning caused by microbes are explained. And discussion is performed about the case related with real food poisoning events. Then, the food poisoning caused by marine toxins is explained in the view of their toxicity, testing methods and laboratory animal welfare. |
