Course description
Growing leafy vegetables with hydroponics
You can actually grow vegetables using a hydroponics system and learn about the properties and cultivation of plants. At the end, we will summarize what we have learned and give a presentation.
Expected Learning
Acquire basic knowledge about hydroponics.
Course schedule
6th: Introduction, self-introduction
7th: Lecture on greenhouse cultivation and hydroponic cultivation
(Homework: Prepare two or more vegetable seeds to grow by the 8th lesson)
8th: Checkout cultivation facilities and sowing seeds
Preparation of presentation ①
9th: Observation of vegetables, presentation ①
10th ~ 13th: Observation of vegetables, preparation of presentation ②
14th: Harvesting and cleanup, preparation of presentation ②
15th: Presentation and discussion on the growth results of cultivated vegetables
  ※Presentation 1 is about Introduction of growing vegetables
   Presentation 2 is about Summary of grown vegetables
