Course description
It is an introductory university subject intended for the cultivation of intellect and the fostering of a proclivity towards voluntary learning. This subject is divided into two parts.

Part 1: Familiarizing oneself with the university's overarching curriculum and reflecting on one's own learning strategies at the university. Additionally, gaining a deeper understanding of the history and research endeavors of the institution, with the goal of enhancing one's motivation to learn and understanding the importance of designing one's college experience.

Part 2: A departmental program entitled "Exploring the Fundamental Principles of Animal Behavior" which explores research methods and techniques within the natural sciences. Through the identification of a problem, the planning of an experiment or investigation, and its execution, students will be able to deepen their understanding of the subject matter.
Expected Learning
1) I understand the learning at the university and can design own college life for overlooking it.
2)Let's search the ground rule of the animal

A main aim (list of aims correspondence according to the subject): I interpret data objectively and allow you to feed back for the improvement of the study. I can make presentation, the report which another person is easy to know.

Course schedule
Part 1: Learning at the program first university common throughout the whole school
I know history and the idea of Tokyo Univ. of Agriculture and Technology. I think about establishment and student life of learning and the identity at the university.
Field of vision expansion at the second university
I think about a variety of career path of there that acquired the international development and specialty of the study.
The third study ethic
I understand the ethics of the researcher and the main point of the study injustice. I think about quotation, a misappropriation, plagiarism.
Social approach of the fourth university
(lecture 1) Energy education: Global warming and greenhouse gas emission. Approach of this school aiming at CO2 emission reduction
(lecture 2) Approach "plastic reduction 5R campus" for the disposal reduction of plastic
(lecture 3) Science museum of the challenge fifth university from new coronavirus infectious disease ... "future epidemiology R"
I regard society as creation of the intellect in the university and learn introduction of the science communication.

Part 2: A department original program: "Let's search the ground rule of the animal" and explain the sixth purpose

Prerequisites
In addition to a school hour, perform swing return marks and the preparations for lessons of class contents using learning time to follow number of rooms in standard time of this school.

I judge the full degree of the submission problem of every time generally. About a question, it becomes the point of the evaluation to be able to explain an opinion and a thought by own words.
