Course description |
Skills to use remote sensing (RS) and geographic information system (GIS) is essential for analyzing environmental information. In this lecture, basic knowledge on RS and GIS is introduced with various examples in the first half of the course. Based on those knowledge, case of environmental study using RS and GIS is lectured in the latter half of the course. |
Expected Learning |
Students who successfully completed the course of this lecture, are able to (1)Understand the role of remote sensing and geographic information system in environmental information. (2)Understand the basic analysis skills of remote sensing and geographic information system.
