The course will cover: viscosity, Navier-Stokes equation, Reynolds number, some exact solutions for NS equation, boundary layer concepts, irrotational flow for invisid fluid, velocity potential, and lift and drag. |

Course Outcome 1: You are able to use concepts of common mathematical model of viscous and invisid flow to interpret physics of fluids. Course Outcome 2: You are able to derive the governing equations and solutions for some simple cases from the NS equations or velocity potentials. |
