Course description
ased on the perspectives of molecular genetics, chemical genetics, and bioregulatory, biological phenomena related to the regulation of cell differentiation accompanying cell division of fungi, mainly plant pathogenic fungi, mechanisms of plant infection, and sexual reproduction mechanisms discuss.
Expected Learning
Understanding of the scientific logical system related to bioregulation science and plant protection science, basic knowledge and application skills essential for exploring these issues, respecting research ethics, compiling and presenting the results of one's own research and investigation acquire the ability to do so. In addition to advanced professional skills, he has a broad perspective and a high level of insight, and conducts research on social issues related to plant protection. Please refer to the curriculum map of the three policies on the university website.

Course schedule
1. Research based on cell-molecular biological knowledge of cell division-associated cell differentiation of new fungi such as phytopathogenic fungi
2. Global trends and actual examples of chemogenetic research using chemicals that affect cell division and cell differentiation
3. Molecular genetic studies on the mechanisms and regulation of reproductive modes in many fungi with both sexual and asexual life cycles
4. A consideration of the sterilization mechanism and its biological significance in fungi that are susceptible to sterilization due to loss of sexual life cycle
