classcode: ccgfge7 Students learn solid state materials as an applications of quantum mechanics and thermal statistical mechanics. This course mainly gives the material research of semiconductor nanostructures; formation of three-dimensional photonic crystals including III-V compound semiconductors and magnetic nanostructures, and their characterization of crystal properties. |
