Message from instructor(s)
Human resource management (HRM) is a rigid translation, which implies the optimal allocation of employees and performance management necessary for executing business strategies from a company's perspective. On the other hand, talent management refers to supporting the growth and career development of each employee while working to transform the organization. In today's companies, it is important to understand the significance of both human resource management and talent management perspectives and acquire the necessary knowledge and skills about HRM to become leaders within the organization.
