Course description
In Global Strategies for Startups, participants learn basic skills related to technology management in general, focusing on startups with a simple single business, unlike large corporations, and comparing their global strategies with those of large corporations. Especially in recent years, many startups have been aiming to expand their business overseas from the beginning without focusing on the shrinking Japanese market. Against this background, lectures will be given from both a technological and a global perspective.
The lecture will cover the case study of venture management and an overview of management strategy from the perspectives of technology management, innovation management, and global management.
Faculty members teach this course with experience in new products and business development. We recommend this course not only for working professionals but also for new graduates and those who aim to enter the business world in the future.
