Students can learn structure and property of polymers by using apparatus in our laboratory. For example, the structure of polymer films is investigated by small angle x-ray scattering, and the mechanical properties are estimated by tensile testing machine and dynamic mechanical analyzer.

Student can handle the small angle x-ray scattering, tensile testing machine and dynamic mechanical analyzer, and can discuss the structure and properties of polymers based on the experimental results.
