Course description
The lecturers will teach how Japan Standard Time (JST) is made at NICT in Koganei City. The lecture covers a variety of topics about time and frequency standards, including the system of JST, the current definition of the second, atomic clocks with ultimate accuracy, frequency measurement and comparison, and chip-scale atomic clocks.
