Course description

With a view to bringing up researchers with a broad scientfiic field of vision, students will be trained for a detailed bibliographic survey on a different theme from that in the earlier part of the doctoral program, preparation of materials for presentation and oral delivery of the presentation.

Expected Learning

(1) To construct of own research method to achieve purpose. (2) To obtain the presentation technique for making audiences understand the importance of his/her research by summarizing results.

Course schedule

Taking a topic from latest scientific literature, students will make a bibliographic survey on a different research theme from that in the master course. The survey findings will be put together into a report, which is to be presented orally. The presented contents will be discussed from a scientific point of view.

Prerequisites

Students are recommended to review the handouts used in the lecture, spending the standard amount of time as specified by the university.
