・June 1st, 2023 (Thu.) 10:00~ Faculty of Agriculture, Ibaraki University, Kobushi Kaikan 2F, Seminar Room B, Face-to-Face ・In this lecture, latest knowledge about the functionality of food and their component will be explained. ・In detail, analytical method of functional component, evaluation of food functionality and their mechanism using animal cell culture, model animals, evidence verification by intervention study, functional food including food with functional claims will be explained in this lecture with practical examples. ・This lecture will provide advanced knowledge and skills in the field of food functionality. |
