Course description
This course will be offered jointly with a course "Multicultural comunication and transmission" for Graduate School of Agriculture and a course "Global Coordination" for Graduate School of BASE.

In this course, students will acquire the knowledge and skills required as a member of an international joint research project in a global society that includes diversity. Students will also learn about the actual situation of international joint research through its background, related factors, and examples of researchers and coordinators including following abilities.

1. Understanding the background and structure of international joint research projects
2. Understanding the factors involved in coordinating within a project team, including diversity
3. Coordination and communication skills required as a researcher
4. Ability to build relationships including diversity and to coordinate problems


Expected Learning
1. Correctly understand the reality of international joint research projects and recognize the positioning of your own research
2. Objectively grasp one's own research ability, information collection/dissemination ability, language ability, cross-cultural understanding ability, and relationship building ability. To become conscious of the skills and abilities that should be acquired in the future.
3. Broaden your horizons when considering your future career as a researcher
