概要

In wireless communications, "Estimation" is one of the fundamental issues. Specifically, the receiver has to estimate the transmitted signal and channel response based on the received signal. The received signals include randomness and we have to consider the randomness in estimation problems. In this class, we will study the estimation problem and techniques for wireless communications.

Understand estimation problem, characteristics of estimation problem, a criterion of estimator design, and practical method to achieve a proper estimator.

無線通信における統計的信号処理の本質が分かるように，講義を進めて行きたいと思います。また，学生さんが自ら考え，積極的に質問・議論をして，互いに切磋琢磨出来る講義を目指したいと思います。留学生等がいる場合は英語で講義をする場合があります。
