本科目は農学部共通専門科目（国際農学科目）に区分され、AIMSプログラム学生（留学生）も履修します。 This course discusses the broad spectrum of agribusiness, with an emphasis on markets and agribusiness agent behavior therein. We provide the fundamentals of production, marketing and distribution throughout the food supply chain (food system). Topics also include strategies of agribusiness firms, food safety and risk analysis of food. The lecturer of this course has substantial experiences as a consultant for agricultural development and will sometimes use the situations he had observed in rural areas to help students to deepen their understanding of the contents given.
